Registration fees include:

Access to all the presentations, workshops and exhibits organized within the framework of the World Congress on Specialized Translation
Refreshments during scheduled breaks
Proceedings CD-Rom
The proceedings will be formatted on CD Rom and will be distributed to all congress participants. The CD Rom will contain the speech transcripts and the translations, provided they have been sent on time.
Speech transcripts will also be available on-line on the congress website.
Picture slide presentation, as well as speech transcripts sent in after the deadline, will be featured on the congress website only.

Fees waived for:

Participants invited by the Organizing Committee (invitee)
Entities which organize workshops, exhibits or round tables (maximum of two people per organizing entity)

Full fees due by:

Speakers, presenters
Participants in workshops, exhibits, or round tables

Special rate:

A fee reduction of 33 % applies to:

Students, upon obligatory presentation of the Cuban student ID card (carné) for Cuban residents and international student ID card for foreign residents.
Members of co-organizing and other entities affiliated with the Congress.

 

Payment methods:

Payment in Cuban currency only for residents in Cuba.

Please get information on requirements for visitors to Cuba well in advance. The organizers will not refund any amount, total or partial, if participants can not attend the Congress after payment due to circumstances beyond their control.
